我们公司一直都是按照3批批量、工艺等一致性来执行，这是最佳的方案，不知道楼主为什么就想到要批量不一致，若为了省成本则大可不必。想起以前审评老师很有感触的对我们说：法规不是天花板，大家的意识需要转变。
