应该是用自己的方式去写，不是参照别人的方法，把你的abstract内容讲清楚。不要断断续续，把要说的内容拼凑完了事，应该做到连贯，能够让别人可以一口气读下去，不会产生停顿感，那就差不多了。

我的摘要的写法没有参照现有文献的格式，初写时有些句子也经过国外一个专家的修改。也找过教英语的老师看过，她认为我的写法还是很有特色。后来还经过一个专门机构的润稿，感觉读起来也很通顺。我刚又读了一篇，觉得有一个地方上下衔接不够好。不知道还有没有其他情况？

我觉得如果是这个意思，就有点奇怪了。难道我的摘要不是按自己而是按别人的方式写的吗？虽然用了几个能吸引人眼球的词，但不能因为说用了几个这样的词就不是按自己的方式写的了？感到很奇怪？

self contained manner的意思是摘要就像是一只麻雀，虽然短小精悍，但是整个内容完整，逻辑清楚，自成体系。完全不是所谓的用自己的方式去写这样的意思

下面是我摘要的基本格式和内容：

现在读起来，感觉To shed light onto the edge selection rules和上文有点不连贯，上文最后说到某一过程，如果将它改成To shed light onto the edge selection rules in the process of ****,就要好多了。
