       焦油管式炉炉管结焦会导致炉管有效内径变小，管线阻力剧增，严重时二段柱塞泵、炉管承压超过设计值，导致炉管破裂、设备损坏等严重事故的发生。本文对焦油管式炉炉管结焦的原因进行了分析，介绍了烧焦法在酒钢焦油管式炉管清理方面的成功应用情况。

Coker furnace tube coking will cause the effective internal diameter of furnace tube becomes smaller, and the pipeline resistance dramatically increase. Once the pressure in segment 2 piston pump or boiler tube exceeds the set value, it would result in tube rupture, equipment damage and other serious accidents. In this paper, the authors analyze the reasons which resulted in coker furnace tube coking, and introduce the successful experiments of decoking method in tar tube furnace in Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd.

In case of the pressure in two plunger pump or boiler tube exceeds the design values; it would result in tube failure, equipment damage and other serious accidents. In this paper, the author analyze the reason which resulted in coker furnace tube coking, and introduce the successful experiments of decoking method in tar tube furnace furnace in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Corp.
