生命体中许多内源活性物质都含有磷酸酯结构单元,参与有机体的物质代谢、能量转化、遗传表达等几乎所有的生化过程,因此磷酸基对药物的改造成为现代药学研究的热点领域之一。α-氨基膦酸作为氨基酸的电子等排物,通过与α–氨基酸底物竞争影响氨基酸的生理代谢,同时还可以增强药物的水溶性,促进细胞对药物的吸收,缓解药物对细胞的毒性,因而广泛地用于酶抑制剂、抗菌剂、抗HIV、抗肿瘤等药物设计研究中。松香具有三环菲疏水基团,有较高的细胞质膜中的渗透性和低毒性,脱氢松香酸衍生物具有包括抗肿瘤和离子通道调控的重要药理活性

In the living organism, many endogenous active materials contain phosphate structure unit, participating in almost all biochemical processes such as material metabolism, energy conversion, and genetic expression of organism, thus the transformation of phosphate on drugs has been one of the hot fields in the modern pharmaceutical research. α-amino phosphonate is used as isostere material of amino acid, and influences physiological metabolism of amino acids through competing with α-amino acids substrate. It can enhance the water-solubility of drugs, promote drug absorption of cells, and relieve cells toxic of drugs, thereby widely being used in design study such as enzyme inhibitor, antibacterial agent, anti-HIV drug, and antitumor drug. Rosin has tricyclic non-hydrophobic group, with higher permeability and low toxicity of cytomembrane. The dehydrogenated rosin acid derivatives have important pharmacological activities of resisting tumor and regulating ion channels
