BTEX is a familiar kind of poisonous compound, the study on the degradation mechanism of BTEX microbe has become the focus of the international environment field and the degradation mechanism of BTEX aerobe is comparatively clear now. BTEX contamination is still present in anaerobic deposit and groundwater. Therefore, the study on the degradation mechanism of BTEX anaerobe enjoys full concern in recent years, though the information about the degradation study of BTEX anaerobe is rare when BTEX and other organic contaminations coexist. Taken the bathypelagic zone soil which contaminated by leaking gasoline or diesel oil as the object of investigation, the diversity of gene colony and the driving factors of BETX degradation in the bathypelagic zone soil which contaminated by leaking gasoline or diesel oil are studied in this paper, combining the sampling technology of geological drilling, the conventional analyzing technology of laboratory, the modern means of molecular microbiology with data statistical analyzing methods. Natural laws of degradation and influence factors of BETX microbe in the bathypelagic zone soil contaminated by BTEX and components of gasoline or diesel oil are also researched in this paper, cultivating anaerobe in the interior and simulating typical environment factors of the field contaminated by leaking gasoline or diesel oil. The fruits of the study are conductive to disclose the degradation mechanism of BTEX microbe in the bathypelagic zone soil contaminated by leaking gasoline or diesel oil and to provide theoretical grounds for the restoration of the bathypelagic zone soil contaminated by leaking gasoline or diesel oil. |
