请教各位大神，我向NCBI提交序列，出现了问题，首先说一下我的这个序列是经过测序验证过的，但是为什么说我序列质量低呢？

   We noticed that regions of your sequence(s) include numerous ambiguous bases or stretches of the same nucleotide base. It therefore appears that  the sequences in these regions are of low quality, and we are unable to  accept your sequences in their current format.
   We welcome you to resubmit after the low quality regions have been trimmed or resequenced to provide better quality data. Alternatively, you can remove the low quality sequences entirely and resubmit the revised file. If you trim, the remaining sequences must be at least  200 bases long. 返回小木虫查看更多
