Current Applied Polymer Science is a peer reviewed journal publishes full-length/mini reviews, original research articles and thematic issues in all applied aspects of polymer science including composites, nano polymeric composites and molecular composites, It includes biodegradable polymers, polysaccharides and other natural polymers, membranes, energy conversion and storage, conducting polymers, biomedical implants, and synthetic polymers.

In recognition of your outstanding reputation and contribution to your field, we would like to nominate you for the position of Editor-in-Chief of the journal, and seek your consent. The responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief are as follows:

To line up at least 40 Editorial Board Members having an H-index of 20 or above, within 4 months.  (We will additionally identify 20 such Editorial Board Members who will be appointed with the consent of the Editor-in-Chief). These 60 Editorial Board Members will be expected to contribute or solicit at least 1 manuscript annually, to the journal, besides offering advice on the quality of the manuscripts. This would greatly contribute to improve the paper flow.
To help identify some important fields related to the journal and appoint eminent Section Editors in each of those fields. The Section Editors could then be given the responsibility of soliciting at least 1 Thematic Issue for the journal each year in a hot and emerging area.
To help identify Regional Editors from various countries, who can solicit thematic issues or general articles from their respective regions.
To help identify at least 03 Executive Guest Editors. The Executive Guest Editors could then be given the responsibility of soliciting at least 1 Thematic Issue for the journal each year in a hot and emerging area.
