如果楼主输入的信息完整无误，可以换电脑换网络试试，依旧无效说明问题出在官网服务器上，需要联系客服解决。

把必填项目一定要填上，看仔细了，只要对应填就没问题，否则累死也过不去。以前遇到过！

是不是必填的都填好了 如果是的话那也只能换台电脑试试看了
