楼主，代尔夫特理工大学是不是，必须有职位挂出来，才能申请？直接陶瓷老外没啥作用？

这个我也不是太清楚，听说通过Cees Timmers面试以后，他会帮忙联系TUD的导师，看有没有人有招生计划，不过也有大牛直接联系的导师走的。

1) Full CV including photograph; personal details (FAMILY NAME/given name), date of birth); and contact details (email address; Chinese cell phone no).   
2) Transcripts of undergraduate and postgraduate courses; info on your MSc thesis work; please indicate the status (BSc, MSc, PhD) of your current study
3) A short personal statement or essay on the desired topic reflecting your own ideas and perception
4) Abstracts of publications (if any)

楼主现在什么进度了，我也想申代大博士，导师我已联系，现在在等雅思成绩，楼主雅思多少了，具体怎么申请还不知道呢，求指教，据说CT不喜欢直接联系导师的。

我去。。。导师已经同意给offer了，但是我没联系Cees Timmers，之前完全不知道他的存在啊。。。一定要联系他么。。
