elsevier投文章，Conflict of Interest撰写
他们网站给了一个模板，第一句话是这样的
We wish to draw the attention of the Editor to the following facts which may be considered as potential conflicts of interest and to significant financial contributions to this work. [OR]
We wish to confirm that there are no known conflicts of interest associated with this publication and there has been no significant financial support for this work that could have influenced its outcome.
如果投的文章是自然科学基金支持的话，是不是就是OR前面的类型？

这个东西和基金没有关系吧。以前在Elsevier投稿也见过这个东西，没有理会直接投稿了。个人认为，这是提醒你慎重选择编辑吧，要选择对你研究方向感兴趣的编辑，如果编辑不是你方向的，很有可能初审就拒了。
不是啊，他们的意思不是选择编辑吧。。。第一句话的意思是：我们希望编辑特别注意的是，下面的一些说明对本文工作有很大的资助，可能会产生一些利益冲突~~~而第二句话则是相反的一些意思~

基金支持也不一定有Conflict of Interest。只有该基金没规定copyright 归他们，你就选 No。
Conflict of Interest 一般都选no就可以了
