ULOQ准确度仅90%，多稀释几倍进样就能达到100%？
各位老师好,我想请教一个问题：LCMS分析时进样量5微升ULOQ准确度仅90%，其他浓度点准确度达100%左右，线性我设置了LLOQ、中间有六个浓度，然后ULOQ共8个浓度点。当我进样量改为1微升时候ULOQ准确度也变成100%左右恢复正常。原先是200微升溶液加入到400微升水中配置成的上样样品。进样量仍然为5微升，把50微升溶液加到950微升水中，相当于多稀释了几倍上样浓度。ULOQ准确度就为100%左右了就正常了。这是什么原因呢？查看色谱峰型也都正常。

1) 90% accuracy of ULOQ is good enough. It meets all agency's requirements.
2) the reason for ULOQ is less than other standard's accuracy is due to the saturation, so the curve is a little bend，
when you dilute it or less volume injection, the detector satuation problem is gone.
