文章被编辑拒了，但是评论里面又建议修改后重投
编辑: given it is an interesting topic, I can consider a resubmission if you can address ALL concerns raised by three reviewers, especially the English issue. It will be a new submission, please revise and improve the paper, but no need to show all revisions. The paper will be sent back to the same reviewers.
审稿人1 ：。。。。。。。。。。。。提了十几个问题，然后 The authors are encouraged to further revise this work and dig out the valuable highlights of this work before publication.
审稿人2 提了一些格式问题。
审稿人3 论文很有趣，小修。但建议重投以review形式，不是以research article形式。
求助各位大神，有没有必要修改后重投？

根据审稿人意见重大修改后还可以重新投稿，但你也要看这个期刊的速度和水平是否值得再投

这期刊不错，明确说明再次提交会给原来的审稿人，有的期刊不说，等你改完会送给新的审稿人，那就难受了，这其实就是一major，希望很大，加油
其实他不会说送回到原来审稿人手里，但是你要在coverletter里面要求他在送到原来审稿人手里才好
