编辑: given it is an interesting topic, I can consider a resubmission if you can address ALL concerns raised by three reviewers, especially the English issue. It will be a new submission, please revise and improve the paper, but no need to show all revisions. The paper will be sent back to the same reviewers. 审稿人1 ：。。。。。。。。。。。。提了十几个问题，然后 The authors are encouraged to further revise this work and dig out the valuable highlights of this work before publication. 审稿人2 提了一些格式问题。 审稿人3 论文很有趣，小修。但建议重投以review形式，不是以research article形式。 求助各位大神，有没有必要修改后重投？ |
