Product Manager/ Product Specialist    产品经理/产品专员

High-end Material Sciences Instrumentation and Application Service Provider is looking for a high caliber candidate whom desires a career from academia to industry, is eager to combines an area of research and application, with a business perspective to bring a success to his/her career development and the company.

The candidate must be well-trained in material sciences related disciplines with a master degree, is equipped with critical thinking that able to troubleshoot problems systematically and to make a logical story out of complex relationships between technology instrumentation and applications. Hands-on experiences on surface analysis/ TEM operation and demonstration is preferable.

Successful candidate will be offered attractive salary package correlated with business performance growth.

Primary Tasks:
•        Conduct demonstrations on specified equipment and provide technical expertise in pre- and post-sales activities
对于所负责产品提供售前售后技术支持
•        Identify potential customers for sales based on application interests
基于应用领域为销售筛选潜在客户
•        Develop customer’s interests by applications and understanding of customer’s needs
前期调研及沟通交流中发现并激发客户的潜在应用需求
•        Able to provide sales arguments based on the understanding of the instrumentation and applications as well as competition.
针对所负责产品技术特点及竞争对手产品技术特点，为销售提供竞争策略
•        Work with service support teams to ensure applications are functioning correctly in the hands of customers and troubleshoot application related problems
协同售后工程师解决已有用户的使用问题
•        Should be able to deliver presentations effectively at customer sites and conferences
能够在客户现场做产品的应用报告
•        Be responsible for giving training to internal sales staff and customers.

Job Requirements :
•        Master Degree in Material Sciences or Physics or Chemistry or related field in a reputable university.
具有材料科学/物理/化学及其相关专业的硕士学位
•        The person who has the Electronic Microscopy experiences has the high priority to be considered
优先考虑具有TEM电镜操作经验的应聘者
•        Must be technically competent and have good people skills to work with a variety of diverse scientists/customers and sales and product manager to effectively help the sales progress by equipment understanding.
擅长团队配合，擅长沟通交流；在对所负责产品充分理解的基础上，协助销售做好产品技术支持工作
•        Approximately 50% travel requirement
能够承受半数时间出差安排
•        Strong analytical skills, including instrumental methods of analysis, strong problem solving skills, strong written and communication skills, and ability to work independently.
具备高水平解决问题能力，包括产品分析能力，市场分析能力，写作交流能力，以及独立工作能力。
•        Good at English speaking, written and listening ability. Could be contact with the suppliers abroad.
良好的英语听说读写能力，能够与国外厂商直接交流。
