两个表达应该都对吧！只是第一个用从句，另一个没有用。一点拙见，老师多多指教。
一般来说是第一种表达更好，如果只是主要包含这4种氨基酸，那et al就应该去掉
I would change "determined" to "have been found", then the second one is better. To say that sth contains ... means that all 17 acids contains all those elements inside them.
