这样的审稿意见有必要重投吗？
投了一个本领域的老牌杂志，点数不高，只有3点多，但是十几年前就3点多了，是业内的一个比较好的杂志。
审稿意见回来了，一个同意发表，另外一个可能是不同意，主编给据了。
Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. The review process resulted in the conclusion that the work might be of interest, but it is not yet ready for publication. Therefore, I must decline the present version of the manuscript from further consideration by XXX. Following extensive revision, and upon addressing all reviewer and editorial comments, you may consider resubmitting the manuscript to Planta. In this case, please provide a covering letter explaining how you addressed each of the comments.
具体审稿意见太多了，没法全贴出来，第一个人是说
....To my opinion, the article can be published in XXX, provided that some changes are made to improve the clearness and strength of the article. This particularly applies to the discussion chapter.
然后是一大堆意见。
第二个审稿人认为我的工作意义不大，不好对付啊。
....The current version of the manuscript is excessively descriptive with several over-speculative statements. The obtained results are interpreted according to the previous findings in adventitious root formation, without highlighting the novelty of the current study. A proper explanation is needed for the mechanism of root induction
然后也是一堆意见。
不过两个人都说我的讨论要加深。

说的也很有道理，但是要想年内接收，这是唯一一根稻草了，换杂志肯定来不及了。

如果编辑没有明确表示以后不考虑该文章，可以重投，按照审稿人意见认真修改，应该有希望，祝早日录用
和我之前投planta（这个杂志可不容易中，虽然只有3，但感觉和PP等杂志不相上下）经历一模一样，当时投过去一个人说还行提了一些问题让修改，另一个说完全没有意义，然后我就跪了。之后投到波兰植物生理上去4个审稿人都说文章很有意思，改了一次就接收了

看来是这个杂志的老套路了啊
意思是，你的结论很有意思，但是用的一些久的理论在解释，创新型不大，所以讨论部分需要加深，要有自己见解，多看看文献。
就算重投，年内接收也不可能。
