suggesting that...可以看做which is suggesting that...,
省略了which is 的非限定定语从句，补充说明前一句话；
that...后是suggesting的宾语从句，破折号后是the same social message的同位语。

再考虑一下，认为破折号内容后是suggesting that...宾语从句的同位语；
that women...是修饰前面message的定语从句。
