With regard to the aforementioned manuscript submitted for consideration of publication in the XXX a decision has now been reached.  Specifically, based on my own editorial perusal of the manuscript I do not believe, with all due respect to the work, that the paper in its present form is properly developed to be considered for publication.  This decision is reached in conjunction with the additional objective of safeguarding the conceptual novelty and thematic balance of the research disseminated via the journal.  However, it is felt that a revised manuscript reflecting further conceptual and methodological substantiation could be appropriate for submission to XXX as a new paper.  Nonetheless, exercising this option - not offered to every paper processed for the journal - is entirely your decision. 返回小木虫查看更多
