In the late 1960s,Cisplatin was found has curative effect to a variety of cancers.Soon afters,plenty of Platinum derivatives were synthesized constantly.However,it's necessary to exploit new kinds of cisplatin anti-cancer drug because of its strong toxic and side effects.Steroids is a type of native compound with physiological activity,which is widely existed in creature having biological activity to various cancer cells.If combine sterides with metal effect groups,it may create a better result of suppressing tumor growth. Based on researches on steroidal compounds against tumor and metal complexes may have antitumor activity previously.This paper designed synthesis 23 new steroidal metal complexes and test biological activity on some of them.Four 3 - any thiourea steroidal metal complexes,nine 20 - ammonia thiourea steroidal metal complexes and ten 17 - ammonia thiourea steroidal metal complexes included and measure some compouds on antitumor activity in vitro. 楼主这是前两段，请查收！ |
