Used materials' band gap is too wide, especially A and B, which is one of the main reason of restricting the efficiency and go against the absorption of solar spectrum.

One of the main factors limiting the improve of efficiency is that the bandgap of the material that is used is too wide,especially A and B,these two types of substances, with the gap width is not conducive to the absorption of the solar spectrum.
