This paper used a two-step anodic oxidation method to prepare porous anodic oxidation alumina templates(AAO) through a combination of three oxidation methods¡ª¡ªsoft/soft , hard/soft and hard/hard£¬to obtain different AAO templates. The morphological features observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) indicated that soft/soft oxidation method can obtain the serrated pores with orderly morphology and uniform diameters. And then in the three electrode system, we adopted cyclic voltammetry method and constant voltage method respectively to electrodeposite polyaniline in the nanopores of AAO templates by using the aluminum oxide template by soft/soft method . Finally we tested the poduct by Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), Galvastatic Chronoamperometry test(Gals-Chr), and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) test. Comparing the influence of different methods on the polyaniline appearance and performance, we found that the polyaniline obtained by cyclic voltammetry method had higher power, energy and capacitance than those of polyaniline using constant voltage method. | Different AAO templates were fabricated with three combinations of the soft/soft, hard/soft, and hard/hard using the two-step anodic oxidation method. FE-SEM showed that scattered pores with orderly morphology and uniform diameter can be obtained through the soft/soft oxidation method. Then polyaniline was electrodeposited in the nanopores of the AAO templates in the three-electrode system by the cyclic voltammetry method and the costant voltage method. Finally performance of polyaniline obtained from the two methods were compared by Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), Galvastatic Chronoamperometry test(Gals-Chr), Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) test, which showed that polyaniline obtained from the cyclic voltammetry method has higher power, energy and capacitance than that obtained from the constant voltage method. |
