摘要: 本文以硝酸铝、硝酸铜、葡萄糖、聚乙二醇、去离子水等为原料采用水热法制备偏铝酸锌光催化剂,然后在该催化剂上负载氧化石墨制备了半导体光催化剂。在紫外可见光照射下,以光降解甲基橙对以上催化剂进行光催化活性评估。通过对不同原料的配比,不同PH值,不同的反应温度,焙烧温度的考察,并采用XRD、SEM等手段对所得的催化剂的组成、含量、颗粒形貌进行表征分析。最后,对可能影响光催化剂效果的因素分析研究得出:当硝酸铝∶硝酸锌∶葡萄糖的摩尔比为1∶2∶3,偏铝酸铜∶聚乙二醇质量比为10∶1时,光催化剂活性最佳,反应一小时后,甲基橙溶液降解率为。

This article take copper aluminum nitrate, nitric acid, glucose, polyethylene glycol and deionized water as raw materials using hydrothermal preparation of zinc-aluminium light catalyst, then load on the catalyst for the preparation of graphite oxide semiconductor photocatalysts. Irradiated by UV-visible, to photo-degradation of methyl orange on catalysts for Photocatalytic activity assessment above. Through the proportion of different materials, different PH values, different temperature, investigation on calcination temperature and catalysts using XRD, SEM and other means of income composition, content, particle shape analysis. Finally, on the possible effect of Photocatalyst effect factor analysis studies: when aluminium nitrate: zinc nitrate: the mole ratio of glucose 1:2:3, aluminum copper: when polyethylene glycol as a mass ratio of 10:1, best Photocatalyst activity, after one hour, degradation of methyl Orange solution.
