| 八月札可显著降低荷瘤鼠瘤体重量和胸腺、脾重量指数，抑制H22肝癌细胞的增殖；提高荷瘤鼠血清TNF-α和IL-2水平，下调凋亡调控分子PCNA、突变型P53和Bcl-2蛋白的表达，抑制H22肝癌细胞的增殖；可显著提高荷瘤鼠血清SOD和T-AOC活性，提高清除自由基、抗氧化应激和维持体内环境活性氧的动态平衡能力，并显著降低MDA水平，减轻脂质过氧化损伤。八月札与环磷酰胺（CTX）联合用药抗癌效果显著优于单方八月札和CTX，推测八月札与化疗药物联合应用可能存在一定程度增效、减毒作用，并可降低化疗药物的细胞毒副作用。 |

August Sapporo can lower tumor weight and the thymus, spleen weight index of tumor-bearing mice significantly and inhibit the proliferation of H22 hepatoma cells.It also can be used to increase TNF-α and IL-2 levels in serum,reduce the level of molecular regulation of apoptosis PCNA and mutant P53,even the expression of Bcl-2 protein.As a result,the proliferation of H22 hepatoma cells is inbibited.What's more,it's able to improve tumor-bearing mice's activity of SOD, T-AOC dramaticlly.August Sapporo also can enhance the ability of freeing radical scavenging,oxidative stress and maintaining the dynamic balance of ROS in vivo environment as well as decrease the level of MDA and reduce lipid peroxidation.The combination of August Sapporo and CXT has a significant anti-cancer effect which is better than using August Sapporo and CXT respectively.It's supposed that August Sapporo combinating with chemotherapy drugs may enhance effects and lower toxicity,reduce chemotherapy's cell toxicity eventually.翻译的不大好,水平有限,希望对楼主有用 |
