摘要: 本文以硝酸铝、硝酸铜、葡萄糖、聚乙二醇、去离子水等为原料采用水热法制备偏铝酸锌光催化剂,然后在该催化剂上负载氧化石墨制备了半导体光催化剂。在紫外可见光照射下,以光降解甲基橙对以上催化剂进行光催化活性评估。通过对不同原料的配比,不同PH值,不同的反应温度,焙烧温度的考察,并采用XRD、SEM等手段对所得的催化剂的组成、含量、颗粒形貌进行表征分析。最后,对可能影响光催化剂效果的因素分析研究得出:当硝酸铝∶硝酸锌∶葡萄糖的摩尔比为1∶2∶3,偏铝酸铜∶聚乙二醇质量比为10∶1时,光催化剂活性最佳,反应一小时后,甲基橙溶液降解率为。

This article take copper aluminum nitrate, nitric acid, glucose, polyethylene glycol and deionized water as raw materials using hydrothermal preparation of zinc-aluminium light catalyst, then load on the catalyst for the preparation of graphite oxide semiconductor photocatalysts.
