帮忙看看审稿意见~figures与graphics的区别
1.2投的某3区sci,3.15 current status变为resive,view decision为resive,收到的邮件如下：

figures should be less crowed and, maybe, graphics might be useful

我理解的是fig是说什么柱形图散点图之类的，gra是指实验过程中拍照的图片，比如拿你的样品拍照之类的，我猜的

graphics是你自己总结数据画出来的图， figure是论文里每张图的总称可以是一个合集。可能意思你照片太多，有数据总结的图表太少了

这不是直接拒稿，而是要求大修后重投。
大致的意思是这样的：
这个结果相当有趣，值得发表，也与该期刊的目标一致。
然而，讨论有点冗赘，试着使其更加流畅。
不要用一堆数字，可以考虑用图表呈现。
Figure在这里表示数字，审稿人建議你用图表取代。
