Elsevier投稿Proof时的Conflict of interest statement
We have now received your manuscript in production and would like to begin the typesetting process.
Unfortunately we have encountered a problem with the electronic files you provided and cannot process your article further until the following issues are resolved:
* As per standardization the provided (DOCI) Declaration of Competing Interest document (Conflict of interest statement.docx) is not in the appropriate format. Kindly check and provide DOCI in editable word document with correct format. 2.[supp other] We have received supplementary material within the manuscript doc(Manuscript JPSE-noMarks.doc), kinldy provide the supplementary file as a separate doc.
Elsevier投稿Proof时，说我的“Conflict of interest statement.docx”不符合格式要求，可是我明明上传的就是docx可编辑文件啊。请问各位大佬，遇到此问题时，是怎么上传的呢？
另外，出版社还让我重新单独发给他们(Manuscript JPSE-noMarks.doc)这个文件吗？投稿中，我是单独上传的呢。这可怎么处理好呢？

你使用的版本可能太高了，试试.doc格式的，Manuscript JPSE-noMarks.doc应该有这个选项的，可以单独上传的
应该就是docx的问题，你修改一下，如果还不行就用wps打开看看
1. 建议试试word的doc格式，docx实质是压缩文件格式。
2. 应该可以单独上传。
