Elsevier投稿Proof时的Conflict of interest statement 已有2人参与

We have now received your manuscript in production and would like to begin the typesetting process. Unfortunately we have encountered a problem with the electronic files you provided and cannot process your article further until the following issues are resolved: * As per standardization the provided (DOCI) Declaration of Competing Interest document (Conflict of interest statement.docx) is not in the appropriate format. Kindly check and provide DOCI in editable word document with correct format. 2.[supp other] We have received supplementary material within the manuscript doc(Manuscript JPSE-noMarks.doc), kinldy provide the supplementary file as a separate doc. Elsevier投稿Proof时，说我的“Conflict of interest statement.docx”不符合格式要求，可是我明明上传的就是docx可编辑文件啊。请问各位大佬，遇到此问题时，是怎么上传的呢？ 另外，出版社还让我重新单独发给他们(Manuscript JPSE-noMarks.doc)这个文件吗？投稿中，我是单独上传的呢。这可怎么处理好呢？ 请各位大佬支支招，小弟万分感谢！！！   |

1. 建议试试word的doc格式，docx实质是压缩文件格式。 2. 应该可以单独上传。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
