稿件转给特刊没有经过作者同意，特刊文章周期真的太长了，这篇文章写的什么我都差不多忘记了，期间催稿无数次，伊朗的一个责任编辑根本不搭理，好像已经换掉了，我们做科研的能等得起多少个3年呀。前车之鉴，供大家参考借鉴。
