上周投了energy&fuels，主要是反应动力学研究。处理的副主编是H. Scott Fogler，一位反应动力学研究方面的大牛。昨晚收到他的回复 ：                                 
After my review of your manuscript, it is my judgment that your paper is outside the scope of Energy & Fuels and we will not be able to consider it further. We must make decisions based on likely scientific impact and interest to our readership. This manuscript would be better suited to a journal such as Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research.
他竟然建议投IECR，这个难度更大啊！我感觉不是我不符合主题，是不是编辑委婉地说文章质量不够呢？
