文章一审回来，有个审稿人建议转投一个比较差的sister journal，这种该怎么回复？
审稿人的意见如下：
Reviewer #1: I′ve read with much interest the article "。。。。。". After careful analysis and evaluation of the manuscript, I conclude that *** is not the right platform to communicate these results. This work represents an interesting contribution and appears technically sound, but is too specialized to elicit sufficient interest amongst the broad readership of ***. I strongly recommend re-submission to ChemPhysChem - a journal in which original research papers on fundamental studies in the area of physical chemistry are encouraged。
这种审稿意见算负面，甚至拒稿吗？
审稿人除了建议转投，没有其他意见。转投理由是文章篇幅都是基础性研究，没有提出展望，实际性应用等吸引光大读者的东西。

都给大修了，说明给你机会了，审稿人的意见不代表编辑的意见。应对这个问题的话，我觉得你把你文章的主要内容和创新点重申一遍，并加些展望内容，就是夸一下你的研究的好处。

再说了，这个审稿人让你转投你就转投啊，编辑不想要的话何必让你大修呢。
编辑没有让转，你就无需听审稿人的建议。但回复时可以说明一下你为何觉得这篇论文适合这个期刊。
