文章一审回来，有个审稿人建议转投一个比较差的sister journal，这种该怎么回复？ 已有1人参与

审稿人的意见如下： Reviewer #1: I′ve read with much interest the article "。。。。。". After careful analysis and evaluation of the manuscript, I conclude that *** is not the right platform to communicate these results. This work represents an interesting contribution and appears technically sound, but is too specialized to elicit sufficient interest amongst the broad readership of ***. I strongly recommend re-submission to ChemPhysChem - a journal in which original research papers on fundamental studies in the area of physical chemistry are encouraged。 这种审稿意见算负面，甚至拒稿吗？ 审稿人除了建议转投，没有其他意见。转投理由是文章篇幅都是基础性研究，没有提出展望，实际性应用等吸引光大读者的东西。 现在综合另外两个审稿人的意见，编辑给大修，请问诸位大牛，如何回复这个审稿人？ |
