今年七月份投稿后，编辑找了两个审稿人，一个审稿人迟迟不回复(于是编辑推定他不太可能回复了), 另一个审稿人a给了审稿意见不同意发表。于是编辑基于审稿人a的意见给拒了(not under active consideration)。我死马当活马医，逐条回复了a的意见又修改了文章重新提交了。编辑又把文章返回给了a，结果a还是认为不合适发表。于是编辑基于a的意见再次拒稿(not under active consideration)。

像我这种情况还有申诉的必要吗？还是直接换家期刊？谢谢大家！！！


下面附上编辑第二次拒稿邮件:
