PRL (physics review letter) 投稿被拒，征求大家意见 已有6人参与

今年七月份投稿后，编辑找了两个审稿人，一个审稿人迟迟不回复(于是编辑推定他不太可能回复了), 另一个审稿人a给了审稿意见不同意发表。于是编辑基于审稿人a的意见给拒了(not under active consideration)。我死马当活马医，逐条回复了a的意见又修改了文章重新提交了。编辑又把文章返回给了a，结果a还是认为不合适发表。于是编辑基于a的意见再次拒稿(not under active consideration)。 像我这种情况还有申诉的必要吗？还是直接换家期刊？谢谢大家！！！ 下面附上编辑第二次拒稿邮件: dear xxxx, the above manuscript has been reviewed by our referee. on the basis of the resulting report, we conclude that the paper is unsuitable for publication in physical review letters. we append comments from the criticism that led to this editorial decision.
