ph.d. 1 will be involved in a us serdp funded project that will develop methodologies for characterization of novel pfas (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in environmental and biological samples. experience in using lc-ms/ms and developing analytical methods is essential. experience with high-resolution mass spectrometry, atomic absorption spectroscopy, and ion chromatography is desirable.

ph.d. 2 will be involved in a us serdp funded project that will study microbial defluorination processes that can be developed into cost-effective remediation technology for soil and groundwater. experience in general microbiology, molecular genetics, and biochemistry is desirable.
the students in dr. liu’s research group and will collaborate with a strong cohort of faculty, postdocs, and graduate students in environmental engineering, soil chemistry, analytical chemistry, and ecotoxicity disciplines from collaborators from us, canada and australia.

3. 有很强的自学和独立思维能力，英语能力较好，sci 发表论文者 （第一作者）优先考虑
