关于审稿意见的回复
最近有篇论文返回了审稿意见，需要大修。其中一位审稿专家提到两点意见，我不知道怎么回复，望诸位大侠指点。小弟不胜感激。
1、If no degradation product has been reported, the structural characterization should be done using HPLC and/or LCMS in this study. Particularly, the comparison of two kinds of experimental materials is critical for the degradation behavior.
我是想这样回复，如果要增加降解产物的结构表征，论文篇幅将增加30%，图表数量也要增加，同时这方面的实验将在今后的研究中开展，我的初步想法是不采纳专家意见，这样会被拒稿吗？
2、A mechanism for the preparation of experimental material is speculative. Because the reviewer is anxious for the preparation, an appropriate evidence is required for the reproducibility.
这个意见是要我详细补充实验材料的制备方法还是材料的制备机理？

感谢虫友指点还有其他更好的建议也可以提出来一并感谢
1.用篇幅和图表增加来回复肯定不合适。要么引用参考文献，借用参考文献辩驳，最好按照审稿人的建议，如果没有LC-MS的话，活者使用其他能证明结构的表征。
2. 材料制备过程描述清楚，制备机理阐明，有证据证明最好。
