外审被拒，请问修改后可以重投该期刊吗?
大家好，7月投了一篇ssci，今天收到了回复意见，被拒了，我看了一下两个审稿人意见，第一个审稿人说引言太长，语言组织也不好，还有语法错误，所以他看不下去。第二个审稿人看意见是看了文章，写了四个问题，涉及创新点，样本选取代表性，因变量计算正确以及format error问题。样本和变量是我没交代清楚，没有把样本选择原因和变量修正进行文中具体说明。
format error，举了一个例子是有两个表表头写了中文。
想问大家两个问题:
format error一般会有哪些?
我如果修改过还想投这个期刊，可以吗?投的时候我应该要写一个response letter吧?

This is a terribly written paper which needs massive revisions to make it acceptable for publication. The authors must get editorial help and use better judgement on what needs to be included and what does no.
I am stopping here, there are pages and pages of dreadful meandering English. This needs massive editing, shortening and a major effort to remove silly and obvious statements

建议还是换个期刊，除非做了很大程度的调整。我曾经这样过，但都是隔了非常长的时间，并且进行了大规模的调整和修改。
