论文拒稿，申诉管用吗？
论文拒稿，申诉管用吗？
投 cost，3个审稿人，一个同意录用，一个建议扩展 introduction，一个说数据不够。没人建议拒稿。
但编辑直接拒了。。。
-reviewer 1，建议录用，不用管。
“the reviewer would like to recommend this paper be published after the following problems being sufficiently solved:”
-reviewer 2，应该是副编辑，建议修改 introduction。
-reviewer 3，没说拒稿，但编辑却说“i regret to inform you that one of the reviewers have advised against publishing your manuscript, and we must therefore reject it.”
reviewer 3，给了8个建议，7个是格式建议，1个是添加数据
实在是想不明白为啥拒稿啊。

我开始也以为Reviewer 3会列出一些致命的问题，但仔细读他给的8条建议，
完全就是格式问题�

其实2和3是从根上质疑，虽然没具体。
reviewer 3 明显强烈拒啊。
一般杂志评审意见都是是confidential的。就这么贴出来了，小心被杂志拉黑。
也可以修改后重投
