根据两个审稿人的意见，应该是有机会修稿的，但是最终的编辑没给修改的机会，改投其他杂志吧
没有建议重投。
第一个审稿人意见是添加一个example就建议接受
第二个审稿人对语言不是太满意，也是建议添加example，
对于论文的创新性没有说什么
