我看虫友之前的投稿经验，会返回一个recommendation指标，告诉你文章是minor还是major。

然而我返回的意见里根本没有recommendation这一条，而且evalutions里面的项目也跟之前的不一样了。结果如下：

请问现在APL的投稿系统改了么？如果是的话如何判断编辑的取向（小修or大修）？
