Visiting graduate student @ Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL)
The research interest of my lab is to develop computational (statistical, machine learning, deep learning) models to discover novel biomarkers and personalized treatment by integrating and analyzing heterogeneous pharmacogenomics data resources. We are looking for a couple of visiting graduate students who 1) are interested in data analysis and computational model development; 2) can stay in the lab for >=2 years; 3)programming skills with R/Python is a plus. We will provide financial support about ~$20,000 per year.
