ieee access刚分配ADM，让重新提交
求助各位大神，21号才分配的ADM，22号凌晨发的邮件说

我看了下我的作者列表只写了我自己，我把其他作者的信息加上去，可以不加其他作者的邮箱吗？还有邮件中有提到重新提交之前可以利用这个机会检测语法，我需要去找下相关机构去改下英文吗？还说邮件我必须回应，这咋回呀？
急求各位大神指教

已经过去了5天了，还没有重新分配ADM，难道我又要重新等20天才会分配吗？

麻烦问一下楼主，我也接到这样的问题，不过我投稿的时候已经把所有作者的信息都详细介绍了放在了论文的最后面，为啥还是被退回，给的意见如下：
