ieee access刚分配ADM，让重新提交 已有6人参与

求助各位大神，21号才分配的ADM，22号凌晨发的邮件说 Please fix the following issues then click Save or Save & Continue: You must provide response to the decision letter. （这是重新提交上的步骤要求） Kindly note that we require all authors to be listed on BOTH the article PDF and in the ScholarOne Manuscripts author list. 就是，你还需要写一份response letter吧，我感觉可能是，我没遇到这种情况，我也没在with decision中重投过，按审稿人的意见修改后都是submit as a new paper 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
