IEEE TIE 二审结果， AE 这么说是什么意思啊
一审给了Major revision, 回答了四十多页交上去，二审有一个reviewer提的问题比第一次更多了，然后AE 这么说： The review of the R1 version is now complete. After much deliberation with myself, I have decided to recommend the second major revision to the E-i-C. Please note that this is the last chance - the comments of two of the reviewers are detailed, and very demanding. Unless you manage to alleviate their concerns in R2 and they recommend acceptance, the paper will be rejected.
意思是不给修改了吗？我第三稿也回答了二十多页交上去了， 所以我觉得那个reviewer 不会就这么算了，肯定还会问，所以AE会拒掉吗？难道给小修也拒掉吗？

更新一下， 论文接收了，但是那个很多问题的reviewer这么说：The most important part of the issues raised in my previous review of the paper are still standing. The usefulness of the proposed method is unclear. The comparisons included are extensive but provide little insight. The answer provided to my comments are not convincing. I believe this paper is short of the standars required for TIE.
其他人和AE都没说什么，所以我不知道这个reviewer到底是接收还是拒了。
