After much deliberation with myself, I have decided to recommend the second major revision to the E-i-C. Please note that this is the last chance - the comments of two of the reviewers are detailed, and very demanding. Unless you manage to alleviate their concerns in R2 and they recommend acceptance, the paper will be rejected.
