我本想往高点的上面扔，等着拒稿意见照着改，但是好像。。感觉也没太大参考价值。
主编的意思是是建议投更专业的杂志，而责任编辑的话我有点没看懂。
有投稿经验的亲帮可以帮我看看编辑到底想表达什么吗？

In our journal we aim to cover the entire field of analytical and bioanalytical chemistry, its instrumental advances and its wide range of applications. Thus, the journal can only publish a selection of research from the large area of analytical science. The Editor has decided to return the manuscript to the authors who are encouraged to submit it to a more specialized journal where the work will have a greater opportunity to reach a more appropriate audience.

The Editor comments:
This manuscript cannot be considered due to its insufficient bioanalytical impact. It does not advance beyond current methods for detection of enrofloxacin, nor does the paper even cite the host of electrochemical methods already published for enrofloxacin analysis. This work may be a better fit for a specialty electrochemistry or foods journal.
