Synth Commun审稿是双盲吗？

我理解的意思提交以后按双盲评审。
“Instructions for authors”还提到：如果双盲，需要交两份文章，一份有作者名，一份没有匿名。有作者名的那份指定为“not for review”，这样在评审看到的文件中就不会出现有名字的文章。
但实际提交时，没有将文件指定为“not for review”的方式，最后发给评审的PDF文件中也还是有有作者名的文章(提交前最后的审查阶段可以看到)。这是为什么？

你按正常格式要求投稿便是，是否双盲评审那是编辑的事情。
