Synth Commun审稿是双盲吗？ “Instructions for authors”中是这样说的：Taylor & Francis is committed to peer-review integrity and upholding the highest standards of review. Sample Text. Find out more about what to expect during peer review and read our guidance on publishing ethics. 我理解的意思提交以后按双盲评审。 “Instructions for authors”还提到：如果双盲，需要交两份文章，一份有作者名，一份没有匿名。有作者名的那份指定为“not for review”，这样在评审看到的文件中就不会出现有名字的文章。 但实际提交时，没有将文件指定为“not for review”的方式，最后发给评审的PDF文件中也还是有有作者名的文章(提交前最后的审查阶段可以看到)。这是为什么？ |
