这篇论文，第一次给了大修，第二次给了小修，第三次还是小修，主要是图和数据的问题，我做了修改，可编辑依然说不行，可能我没有理解他的意思，各位大神能不能帮我看看，编辑的意思， statistical labels to the data是什么意思，add lettering or other symbols to the data itself是什么样子的？我把我的图片附上，请大家帮忙看看，万分感谢！！！
第三次：Thank you for the revision of your paper, but there remains the issue of having statistical labels on the data itself within each figure. Perhaps you have not understood my request. For example, in Figure 3 are all the values at different pH treatments different from each other? Please add some lettering or other symbols to show the differences in the histograms in Figs 3, 5 and 6.


第四次：You still have not added statistical labels to the data on the figures 5, 6 and 3. Is there a problem here such that you did not have enough replicates to do the statistics? Or are you misunderstanding my request? I am asking you to add lettering or other symbols to the data itself to show the reader the treatment, time and concentration effects.

This is your last opportunity to make these changes.
