催稿信的回复，求助
三个月了，发了个催稿信，这个是回复，到底啥意思，是说没人审稿么？需要推荐几个么？还是等着？
The delay in the review process is due to the fact that all the invited reviewers have declined the review invitation and considering the specialization of the subject we are unable to get quality reviews.
The editor is working to secure reviewers to review your paper. I have also contacted him to expedite the review process, i hope soon a decision will be taken in your manuscript.

这句话貌似意识是，我们邀请了几个，但是没有一个同意（所以后来我们没有邀请），这个是我非常生气的地方，似乎这个期刊十分不负责任
