三个月了，发了个催稿信，这个是回复，到底啥意思，是说没人审稿么？需要推荐几个么？还是等着？ The delay in the review process is due to the fact that all the invited reviewers have declined the review invitation and considering the specialization of the subject we are unable to get quality reviews.
